GETAI Foundation is a Singapore company limited by guarantee (CLG) — a non-profit. Its work is delivered pro bono, funded by its founders and the time of volunteer practitioners. It holds no donor funds and does not solicit donations.

Governance

The Foundation's governance is small. Direction sits with two founders as founding members. Its constitution keeps long-term direction anchored to the mission, with provisions for succession.

Stewardship of technology

The Foundation holds and licenses the intellectual property behind mission-aligned, GETAI-affiliated organisations. Protecting GETAI's role as steward — and the mission alignment of every licence — is a core governance responsibility.

Institutions should be
legible.

Partners entrust us with their communities, and licensees build on technology we steward. Both deserve to understand exactly what GETAI Foundation is — a non-profit whose structure (no shareholders, no donations, no extraction) is designed so that the mission cannot drift, whoever leads it in the decades ahead.
