You arrange the venue and the tech — a hall, a screen, a connection. Our practitioners deliver the session, virtually or in person — or prepare and guide your facilitator through it, staying live for questions and clarifications.
Together we agree the audience, format, tools and timing — and, where English isn't the right medium, the bilingual facilitator from your side who will deliver in the local language. Everything is tailored to who will be in the room.
Participants leave with real tools and a practice they can keep building on. Many partners host follow-on sessions.
It still works — this is one of the most important situations we built for. You nominate a facilitator: someone from your community or organization who speaks its language and understands English. We train them, build the curriculum with them, and explain what every part of the session means. During the session, our practitioners stay live for questions, working through your facilitator or a translator you arrange. The facilitator and translator come from your side; the knowledge, preparation and live support come from ours — free, as everything we do is.
